When will my order be shipped out?

We generally ship all orders out within 1 business days of the purchase date -excluding items on back-order and/or pre-order.

You will receive USPS tracking information via email once your order has left our warehouse.

Can I track my order?

You will receive USPS tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled and shipped.

Why have I not received an order update or tracking info yet?

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. You will only receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. You will not receive any emails between processing and production.

If you do not see a confirmation email after you place your order with an order number, please check your spam folder. If you still do not see it, please contact us at support@poshforkeeps.com

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders via USPS First Class mail which generally takes around 2-3 business days.

Please allow for an additional 3-5 business days during the holiday season. You will receive tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. If stock is not available in the USA then they may be shipped from our Non-USA warehouse. If this is the case then the Worldwide Shipping policies will apply.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer free tracked shipping to customers worldwide. Once shipped, your order should arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Where is my package?

Tracking information is included on all orders. Once an order is shipped out and tracking has started to pick up on the package, it is in USPS' hands and completely out of our control. If an order is showing that is it delivered on the USPS tracking tool, PoshForKeeps does not cover lost or stolen packages through mail delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS and file a loss/theft report with the US Postal Inspector.

What is your return policy?

We offer an exchange only for an item of equal or lesser value. This EXCLUDES all personalized and custom pieces which are final sale. Please be sure you understand these terms before purchasing anything.  

Do you accept exchanges?

All sale items are final sale.

If it is a regular priced item, and the item you received is unworn and undamaged and in its original condition, we will exchange it for a different product of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are accepted 30 days from the time an order is delivered.

Does the jewelry tarnish?

Our custom items are tarnish-free. 

I think my order might be lost in the mail, what do I do?

If you have a tracking number and you see that your order is no longer in transit to you, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package -you may file a claim with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of it being placed. If your order has already shipped out, we can no longer cancel it and will have to treat it as an exchange. If you would like to cancel your order, please email our Customer Service Team at support@poshforkeeps.com and make sure to include your order number and full name the order was placed under.

How do I become an ambassador/influencer for your brand?

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Debit/Credit Card payments and/or Paypal payments.

Where do I enter a promo code?

Please find the following box at checkout to enter a promo code.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

No, we only accept 1 discount code per transaction.

Are these made out of real/solid gold?

Any item that specifies that it is gold-plated in the description box is plated in 18k gold. Solid gold products would be far more expensive than the prices we are able to offer and we strive to balance affordability and quality. 

Hypoallergenic?

Our pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel & lead-free. Please email support@poshforkeeps.com if you would like specific information on a particular item.

Does PoshForKeeps offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

Where is PoshForKeeps located/where are the products shipping from?

We are located in Fort Lauderdale, FL and all items ship from our warehouse at this location. If stock is not available in the USA then they may be shipped from our Non-USA warehouse. If this is the case then the Worldwide Shipping policies will apply.

How do I change the shipping address on on my order?

To change your address, please email support@poshforkeeps.com as soon as possible with your address change and order number. If an order is already shipped out, then it is out of our control at that time.
